In Waflow, bubble messages refer to circular videos sent via WhatsApp. This is the format that the user sees as a circular video within the chat.
Actual size #
To send it, use one of these commands along with a video attachment:
#circlevideo
#ptv
!circlevideo!
!circlevod!
How to use it #
- attach a video
- Type one of the commands above in the message
- Send it from the stream that appears on WhatsApp
If everything is correct, Waflow will send the video as a circular bubble.
Simple example #
Message:
#ptv
Attached: a video file.
What the customer sees #
- a video shared in the chat
- a presentation that looks more like a WhatsApp video note
- a more visually engaging format than a traditional rectangular video
Important notes #
- It only works with video attachments.
- The video cannot be larger than 20 MB.
- If no valid video is attached, it will not be sent as a pop-up.
- The additional text following the command should not be used as the main caption; in this case, the attached video is what matters.
Where it works #
It works for WhatsApp messages processed by Waflow, whether the accounts are connected to GoHighLevel or Chatwoot.
Recommendation #
Use this format only when you actually want to send a circular video. If you want a message with visible buttons or actions, that falls under the interactive messages documentation, not bubble messages.
