Confirm that the subaccount is active

Once WaFloW.ai is installed in GoHighLevel and permissions are authorized, it is important to verify that the subaccount is correctly active before continuing with the WhatsApp connection.

This document helps you check it step by step.


Why is this verification important? #

If the subaccount is not correctly active:

  • WhatsApp will not be able to connect.
  • No messages will be sent or received.
  • Automations will not function.
  • Errors may appear later that are difficult to diagnose.

Checking this point prevents problems later on.


Verify the subaccount in WaFloW.ai #

From the WaFloW.ai main panel:

  1. Access the subaccounts section.
  2. Locate the newly created subaccount.
  3. Verify that it appears as active.

An active subaccount indicates that:

  • The installation is complete.
  • The connection with GoHighLevel is correct.

Access the subaccount #

Click on the subaccount to access its internal panel.

If you can access it without errors and see the available options, it is a good sign that the connection is working.


Verify installation in GoHighLevel #

From GoHighLevel:

  1. Access the corresponding subaccount.
  2. Go to the Apps/Integrations section.
  3. Verify that WaFloW.ai appears as an installed application.

This confirms that GHL correctly recognizes the integration.


Check the Telephony Provider #

In order for WaFloW.ai to send and receive WhatsApp messages correctly, it is mandatory to configure the appropriate phone provider in GoHighLevel.

Steps:

  1. Access the GoHighLevel subaccount.
  2. Go to Settings → Phone System.
  3. Go to Additional Settings.
  4. On the Phone Provider tab:
    • Select WhatsApp Connector
    • Type: Custom Provider
  5. Save your changes.

⚠️ This step is essential.
If the provider is not configured as WhatsApp Connector, the integration will not work even if everything else is correct.


Signs that something is not right #

There may be a problem if:

  • The subaccount does not appear as active.
  • An error message appears when accessing.
  • WaFloW.ai is not listed as an installed app in GHL.
  • You cannot proceed to the next configuration.

In these cases, review the previous steps or repeat the installation.
