From here, you can quickly access all areas of the platform.

Main sections of the side menu #

Main panel #
This takes you to the main dashboard of your WaFloW.ai account.
From here, you can:
- view your active accounts
- quickly access settings
- check the account's overall status
- Determine whether you use GoHighLevel or Chatwoot
Accounts #
This section displays the active accounts associated with your agency.
Depending on your integration, you’ll see the following here:
- GoHighLevel subaccounts
- accounts linked to Chatwoot
From here, you can:
- access a specific account
- check its status
- manage it
- create new accounts or subaccounts, depending on your plan and permissions

Settings #
Includes general account settings, such as:
- general settings
- platform-related settings
- operating configurations
- advanced options, depending on the plan
Subscription and Billing #
From this section, you can:
- View your current plan.

- Manage payments.
Integrations / Advanced #
Depending on your plan, this section may include:
- API Keys
- Webhooks
- options for developers
- advanced integration settings
- tools related to GHL or Chatwoot
Support #
Quick access to:
- Support information.
- Official contact channels.
- Help with technical issues.
Show or hide the menu #
To improve your workspace:
- You can hide the side menu.
- You can display it again at any time.
