Overview of the main panel

Once you log in to WaFloW.ai, the main dashboard is where you control the entire platform.
This guide explains what you’ll see when you log in, what each section is for, and how to navigate the platform without getting lost.

What is the main panel? #

The main dashboard is the control center for your WaFloW.ai account.
From here, you can:

  • View your account summary
  • Access your active accounts or subaccounts
  • Manage slots, QR codes, and integrations
  • Review your plan, billing, and limits
  • Navigate to the different sections of the platform

👉 Everything you do on WaFloW.ai starts from this dashboard.

General structure of the panel #

The panel is divided into three main sections:

  1. Top bar
  2. Side menu
  3. Core business area

Each one has a specific function.

Top bar #

At the top of the panel, you’ll find general account settings.

From here, you can:

  • Change the interface language.
  • Turn dark mode or light mode on or off.
  • Access quick account options.
  • view general information about the current environment

These settings apply to the entire platform, not just a specific subaccount.

Side menu #

The side menu is the main navigation system.

From there, you can access:

  • Main panel
  • Accounts or subaccounts
  • General Settings
  • Subscription and Billing
  • Advanced tools or modules depending on your plan

The menu can:

  • Stay visible.
  • Fold it up to free up some workspace.

👉 Each section of the menu is explained in detail below.

Core business area #

The main area displays the content of the section you are currently viewing.

For example:

  • List of accounts or subaccounts
  • Plan Status
  • Settings
  • Details of a specific account
  • Configuration by slot or by inbox

This area changes dynamically depending on the option selected from the menu.

Accounts visible on the dashboard #

On the main panel, you’ll see a list of active accounts.

Each account represents:

  • a GoHighLevel subaccount
  • a Chatwoot account
  • a customer
  • a business
  • a specific operational project

From here, you can:

  • check its status
  • open your settings
  • manage slots, connections, and CRM integration

👉 These accounts are explained in detail in a later section.

Differences Based on CRM Integration #

WaFloW.ai uses a unified interface, but some options vary depending on the active CRM.

  • If your account uses GoHighLevel, you can access the following from the dashboard:
    • GHL subaccounts
    • WhatsApp slots by number
    • groups, keywords, and routing
    • automations and business workflows integrated with the CRM
  • If your account uses ChatWoot, you can access it from the dashboard at:
    • accounts linked to Chatwoot
    • inboxes mapped by slot
    • End-user access to Chatwoot
    • QR code integration and channel management with a greater focus on support and customer service

👉 Not all tabs or settings are the same in both modes. The panel displays only the options relevant to your integration type.

Common actions from the main panel #

From the main panel, you can usually:

  • create new accounts or subaccounts
  • access existing accounts
  • view account details
  • Add or re-add numbers via QR code
  • check the status of your subscription
  • Go to Advanced Settings
  • change display settings

It’s the starting point for daily use.

Best practices for using the dashboard #

  • First, familiarize yourself with the side menu
  • Check whether your account uses GoHighLevel or Chatwoot
  • Keep your list of accounts organized
  • Check the connection status of each slot before operating
  • Avoid changing advanced settings without first understanding the overall structure of the panel
