Each WhatsApp device in WaFloW.ai has a series of general options that allow you to adapt its operation to the type of use it will be given (sales, support, general customer service, etc.).
This document explains what options are available, what they are used for, and when it is appropriate to configure them.
Where are the general options configured? #
To access the general options for a device:
- Access the corresponding subaccount.
- Go to the list of devices.
- Select the device you want to configure.
- Access the general settings section of the device.
From here, you can adjust its behavior.
White Label Mode (Agency Branding) #
WaFloW.ai allows you to enable or disable the “White Label” mode for a specific sub-account.
- Enabled (Toggle On): The sub-account will use the Agency’s branding (logo, colors, domain).
- Disabled (Toggle Off): The sub-account may show default system branding or references.
Note: This setting applies to the entire sub-account interface, on the final client view.
Device priority level #
Each device can be assigned a priority level.
This allows:
- Define which device is used before others.
- Maintain continuity if a number is disconnected.
- Organize multiple numbers within the same subaccount.
👉 The priority must be set consistently with the role of the device.
Automatic signature in messages #
WaFloW.ai allows you to add an automatic signature at the end of messages sent from a device.
This is useful for:
- Identify the agent or team.
- Maintain brand consistency.
- Clarify who responds to the customer.
The signature is added automatically without manual intervention.
AI-powered audio-to-text transcription #
Optionally, you can enable automatic audio transcription using AI.

👉 Requires setting up an OpenAI key (explained in another section).
Automatic contact creation in GoHighLevel #
From the general options, you can decide whether to:
- New contacts who write via WhatsApp
are automatically created in GoHighLevel.
This allows:
- Don’t lose leads.
- Keep the CRM always up to date.
- Automate flows from the first message.
Alerts for device disconnection #
WaFloW.ai can notify you when a device disconnects.
These alerts help to:
- Act quickly.
- Avoid prolonged interruptions.
- Keep operations active.
- Redirect Alerts: You can configure a specific phone number to receive these alerts (e.g., a manager or IT support) instead of the disconnected number itself.
It is especially recommended for critical devices.
Best configuration practices #
- Adjust these options immediately after connecting a device.
- Clearly define the role of the number before configuring.
- Activate only the functions you really need.
- Review the settings after significant changes.
Summary #
The general device options allow you to:
- Customize the behavior of the number.
- Automate basic tasks.
- Improve the team experience.
- Maintain stability and control.
