This allows you to tailor its behavior according to its use (sales, support, volume, etc.).
This document explains how to access device management and what basic actions you can perform.
What does it mean to manage a device? #
Managing a device involves:
- Access your settings.
- Adjust operating options.
- Check your status.
- Prepare it for integrations or automations.
Each device has its own independent configuration.
How to access device management #
To manage a device:
- Access the corresponding subaccount.
- Go to the list of devices.
- Locate the device you want to manage.
- Click on the "Manage" or "Edit" option.
This will open the device settings panel.
Options available when managing a device #
Depending on the plan and configuration, when managing a device you will be able to:
- View general information about the number.
- Adjust behavior options.
- Configure related integrations.
- Check status and alerts.
- Access specific sections of the device.
