From WaFloW.ai, you can check your account status, your active plan, and subscription-related information at any time.
This document explains what you can view and manage from this section.
Where can you check your account status? #
Information about your plan and subscription is available from the main dashboard and from the Subscription and Billing section of the side menu.
From there, you can learn about:
- The plan you currently have active.
- The status of your subscription.
- Whether you are in a trial period or on a payment plan.
- The options available according to your plan.
Visible plan information #
In the plan management section, you will see:
- Name of the current plan.
- Plan status (active, trial, pending payment, etc.).
- Plan start date.
- Access to upgrade or change options.
This information allows you to know at all times what features are available to you.
Trial period #
If your account is in the trial period:
- You will see that you are on a 7-day free trial.
- You can use the platform without entering payment details.
- You will have access to the features included in your trial plan.
Before the trial ends, you can activate a subscription to continue using WaFloW.ai without interruption.
Change or upgrade your plan #
From the subscription section, you can:
- See available plans.
- Upgrade to a higher plan.
- Update your subscription according to your needs.
Plan changes are applied according to the terms and conditions of the selected plan.
Account status #
In addition to the plan, WaFloW.ai displays the overall status of the account, for example:
- Active account.
- Active trial.
- Subscription expired.
