Create an account on WaFloW.ai and log in for the first time

This document provides step-by-step instructions for creating your WaFloW.ai account and accessing the administration panel for the first time.

The process is fast, secure, and does not require a password.

Go to the registration page #

To get started, go to:

https://app.waflow.ai/

Click on the option to start for free and create your account.

Enter your email address #

  • Enter the email address you will use as your primary login.
  • Ensure that it is an email address to which you have direct access.

Once entered, request the verification code by email.

Verify your email with the code #

  • Check your inbox.
  • Copy the temporary code that will be sent to you by email.
  • Enter it on the verification screen.

This step validates your identity and allows you to continue with the registration process.

Additional verification via WhatsApp (first registration only) #

If this is your first time registering, WaFloW.ai will request additional verification:

  • Enter your WhatsApp number.
  • You will receive a code via WhatsApp.
  • Enter the code to confirm the number.

👉 This verification is only performed once and adds an extra layer of security.

Fill in the basic account information #

Once your email and phone number have been verified:

  • Enter the name of your agency or business.
  • Complete the registration process.

With this, your account will be created.

Access to the administration panel #

Upon completing registration:

  • You will be taken directly to the WaFloW.ai administration panel.
  • No password is created.

How will you access it from now on? #

Every time you want to log in:

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. You will receive a code by email.
  3. You log in with that code.

Free trial period #

All new accounts include a 7-day free trial.

During this period, you can:

  • Explore the platform.
  • Create subaccounts.
  • Connect WhatsApp.
  • Test the main features.
