Once you access a subaccount on WaFloW.ai, you can check the status of connected WhatsApp devices at any time.
This document explains how to view devices, what information is displayed, and how to interpret their status.
Where can I see the devices? #
To view the devices in a subaccount:
- Log in to your WaFloW.ai account.
- Log in to the desired subaccount.
- Go to the section where the devices are listed.
The complete list of devices associated with that subaccount will be displayed here.
Visible information for each device #
In the list of devices, you will see, among other information:
- WhatsApp number connected.
- Current status of the device.
- Visual connection indicator.
- Actions available on the device.
This information allows you to quickly determine whether the device is operational.
Normal states of a device #
Devices can be displayed in different states:
- Connected
The device is active and can send and receive messages. - Offline
The device is not operational and requires action. - Pending connection
The device has not yet been connected (for example, the QR code has not been scanned). - Attention required
The system has detected an incident or disconnection.
The state tells you what to do next.
Favorite device indicator #
In the device list, you can identify whether a device is marked as a favorite.
The favorite device:
- It has priority over other devices.
- It is used as the main number in cases where there are multiple numbers.
- It can be defined manually.

Actions available from the list #
From the device view, you can:
- Access device management.
- Edit your settings.
- Bookmark it.
- Check your status.
These actions allow for quick control without having to navigate through multiple screens.
Best practices #
- Check the status of the devices frequently.
- Act quickly if a device appears to be disconnected.
- Keep only active and necessary devices visible.
- Avoid having inactive devices without control.
